I apologize if these questions sound intrusive, I'm rather curious about Luceti.

It's no problem. The foremost in my mind, I suppose, is the recent horoscope .. ordeal. Each citizen was issued a private horoscope in their journal, and it affected our behavior, or predicted strange events or circumstances.
